Christmas & New Years

This is crazy to try and blog, but I thought I would do a test run. We had a wonderful Chritmas this year so I thought I would jot a little something down about it. Our family seems to be shrinking since April & Owen are married and living in Cedar City and Jacob is serving a mission in the Lubbock Texas Mission. But the 4 of us woke up when we wanted to, and stalled so April and Owen could join us after opening presents with the Hoyt family. The best part of Christmas day was our phone call from Jacob. He is doing so well, and we are so proud of him! He is a wonderful example for his brothers. He is currently in Amarillo, Texas and loves it so much. He thought being on a mission for Christmas was the best. He loved taking things to the older people, and helping with the Christmas Program in the ward. He sounded just the same even though he has grown so much in the past 9 months.

We went to Salt Lake City to see our family on the 28th and stayed through New Years Day. We got to see almost all of our family it it was so fun to catch up with everyone. I am excited about 2009 and we feel so blessed for all we have. Thanks to Lisa and Mike for letting us always crash at their beautiful home. They have a great "party" house and all the kids love to stay there and play games, sing, watch name it - It's available at the Wilsons. We love you guys.

Happy New Year to all our friends and family!
